Job Summary

We are looking for a Quality Inspector to perform routine inspections of incoming raw materials, in-process production, and finished products. The role will ensure that products meet defined quality standards and specifications while identifying and controlling non-conforming materials and products.

Key Responsibilities

- Inspect incoming raw materials as per defined specifications and quality standards.
- Conduct regular in-process quality inspections during production shifts.
- Inspect finished goods and ensure quality clearance before dispatch.
- Check product dimensions, appearance, functionality, and other specified parameters.
- Record inspection results accurately in inspection sheets and quality registers.
- Identify, report, segregate, and tag rejected or defective materials/products.




- Raise and communicate non-conformities to the concerned Production and Quality teams.
- Maintain inspection records, sample records, and quality documentation.
- Support root-cause analysis and corrective actions for recurring quality defects.
- Coordinate with Production to ensure timely resolution of quality issues.
- Ensure compliance with established quality procedures and inspection standards.
- Maintain proper housekeeping and follow safety and quality practices on the shop floor.
