Criteria / Qualifications





- Proficient in design tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Ai prompts and InDesign.
- Experience in designing educational products, books, toys, or packaging is a huge plus.
- A creative thinker who can transform concepts into engaging and kid-centric designs.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced product setting.

Responsibilities

- Product Design: Create activity sheets, books, board games, and other early learning content with a focus on fun, engagement, and learning.
- Illustrations: Develop colorful, child-friendly characters, icons, and illustrations that delight kids.
- Packaging Design: Design playful and attractive packaging that stands out on shelves and resonates with parents.
- Content Layouts: Work on layouts for books, posters, and instruction guides to ensure clarity and creativity.
- Innovation & Trends: Keep up with global trends in children’s product design and incorporate fresh ideas into projects.
