About Marvice

Marvice Media has been building digital businesses since 2017. We work out of Bangalore, with offices in Chennai, Hyderabad and the UK.

We run three brands:

- Onscreens — digital marketing, branding, web and app development
- Worxforu — custom software, automation, AI, SaaS and LMS builds
- Conxyou — PR, events, packaging, photography and corporate gifting

Our clients span architecture, manufacturing, fintech, F&B; and more. You'll cut for several of them.

The Role

You'll own video output across our client accounts — mostly short-form social, plus brand films, event recaps and ad creative.

The work is high-volume and fast. If you need three days to cut a 30-second reel, this isn't the seat. If you can turn around good work quickly and take feedback without ego, it is.

What You'll Do

- Edit short-form vertical video for Instagram, You Tube Shorts and Tik Tok — reels, hooks, talking-head cuts, product videos
- Cut longer-form brand films, testimonials, event recaps and case-study videos
- Produce ad creative variations for paid campaigns — multiple hooks and cuts from the same footage
- Handle colour correction, sound design, music selection and licensing
- Build motion graphics, lower thirds, animated text and simple transitions
- Add subtitles and captions, and adapt aspect ratios across platforms
- Work from briefs and storyboards, and sometimes shape the edit yourself
- Manage footage — organised project files,



clean folder structure, proper backups
- Occasionally assist on shoots

What You Need
- 1–3 years editing video, agency or freelance. Strong freshers with a real portfolio will be considered.
- A showreel or portfolio. Applications without one won't be reviewed.
- Fluent in Premiere Pro or Final Cut, plus After Effects for motion work
- Genuine understanding of short-form pacing — you know why a hook works in the first 1.5 seconds
- Comfort with volume. Multiple deliverables a week across different brand voices.
- English. Any of Kannada, Hindi, Tamil or Telugu helps for regional subtitle and voiceover work.
- Able to commute to Koramangala and work on-site, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Nice to Have
- DaVinci Resolve for colour, or Cap Cut for quick social turnarounds
- Camera experience — DSLR/mirrorless, basic lighting, audio
- Basic design in Photoshop, Illustrator or Figma
- AI tools in your workflow — Runway, Descript, Eleven Labs, auto-caption pipelines
- Any F&B;, architecture, real estate or fintech content in your reel
