Role Description The Senior Designer is a full-time, on-site role based at Obleeq Studio in Kolkata. This role involves leading visual design projects across branding, packaging, web, and social media, from concept to final delivery. The Senior Designer will translate client briefs into compelling creative directions, develop design systems, and produce high-quality layouts and assets. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with strategists, writers, and developers, presenting design concepts to clients, refining feedback, and ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints. The role also includes mentoring junior designers, contributing to creative standards and processes,



and staying current with design trends in luxury and lifestyle sectors.

Qualifications

- Strong expertise in brand identity design, logo creation, and visual systems development.
- Proficiency in digital product and web design, including UI layout, responsive design, and visual storytelling for online experiences.
- Experience in packaging design and print-ready artwork, with attention to materials, finishes, and production constraints.
- Ability to design for social media and marketing campaigns, creating cohesive visual content across platforms.
- Advanced skills with industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma or similar design software).
- Proven ability to interpret brand strategy and convert it into clear, compelling visual concepts.
- Robust presentation, communication, and collaboration skills, with experience working directly with clients.
- Demonstrated ability to lead projects, manage timelines, and mentor junior team members.
- Relevant bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- A portfolio showcasing high-quality work in branding, digital, and packaging, ideally in luxury or lifestyle sectors.
