- Administer and maintain the ServiceNow platform, including users, groups, roles, and access controls.
- Configure ServiceNow modules, forms, fields, lists, notifications, workflows, and reports.
- Manage incidents, problems, changes, service requests, and other ITSM processes.
- Develop and maintain Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, and ACLs.
- Configure workflows and Flow Designer to automate business processes.
- Manage Service Catalog, catalog items, variables, and approvals.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot platform-related issues.
- Perform integrations with third-party applications using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Manage data imports, transform maps, update sets, and platform upgrades.
- Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into ServiceNow solutions.
- Maintain platform documentation and follow ServiceNow best practices.
- Support testing, deployment, and production releases.
