?Installation, Configuration, Troubleshooting and Management of network devices viz. Router, Switches (L2/L3),

Wireless accesspoints, Wireless controller, NAC, Firewall, VPN, WANoptimizer and TACACS/Radius servers

?Installation, Configuration, Troubleshooting and Management of network device monitoring tool. (SNMP and packet

capture)

?PCAP file analysis for troubleshooting of production issues.

? Patching of desktops and servers and network devices

? Visit to remote branch offices as and when required for installation, configuration, troubleshooting and Management

of network Layer 2 and Layer 3 devices.

? Support for any planned / unplanned activities as and when required by NCDEX

? Ensure follow-up with member & service providers for closure of Requests (Link commissioning,

shifting, surrendering, up-gradation)

? Call Logging, follow Up and tracking calls logged with all vendors.





? Updating all request & status into NCDEX's System

? Coordination with Infra/Net Security/application teams to resolve production issues.

? Preparation of various documents including Standard Operating Procedure / Minutes of Meeting / Plan of Action /

Incident Reports / Change Request / IMAC etc.

? Timely closure of Audit, VAPT and internal assessment points.

? Support during Migration process, DR drills and DR Live exchange operations.

? Assets tagging, labeling and inventory management.

? Capacity planning of network devices.

? Configuration backup of all network devices.

? Vendor co-ordination and management.

? Tracking of vendor SLA's.

? Processes automation wherever applicable

? Support of Infrastructure on cloud (upgrade,configuration,installation and troubleshooting) including VNS3.
