Job Requirements*
Provide production support for Oracle CPQ applications and quote-to-order (Q2O) processes.
- Troubleshoot issues related to configuration, pricing, approvals, and quote generation.
- Analyze and resolve tickets/incidents using tools like Service Now.
-Support integrations between Oracle CPQ, CRM, ERP, and third-party systems.
- Monitor application performance and identify improvement opportunities.
- Perform data fixes, deployments, and regression testing during releases.
- Work with business users, sales teams, and developers to resolve functional and technical issues.
- Maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base articles.
- Support CPQ enhancements, patches, and current feature rollouts.
Technical Skills
- Strong knowledge of Oracle CPQ
- Experience with:
BML (Big Machines Language)
BMQL
Commerce & Configuration modules
Pricing and approval workflows
-SQL / PL-SQL knowledge
- REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, XML
- CRM & ERP integration experience (Salesforce, Oracle ERP, SAP, etc.)
- Familiarity with HTML, Java Script, CSS is a plus
- Knowledge of ticketing tools like Service Now
Key Responsibilities*
- Giving technical solution to CLIENT requirements and handle manage production systems
- Able to handle the work Independently with a timely response to stakeholders
- Responsible for completion of assigned work on time and meeting the SLA
- Fast learner, work in tight schedule
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner.
- Ensure solutions are aligned with security best practices and data governance policies.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to coding standards.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation.
