Required Skills/: Mastery of AutoCAD and Mechanical Design/: In/-depth practical understanding of AutoCAD 2D/3D drafting tools, sheet metal development, weldments, mechanical power transmission components, parametric design concepts, and structural layout drafting.
GD&T; & Tolerance Stack/-Up Analysis Proficiency/: Advanced ability to calculate dimensional tolerances, analyse intricate engineering designs, apply GD&T; symbols /(datums, runout, position, profile, flatness/), and conduct fitments analysis.
Design for Manufacturability /(DFM/), Design for Assembly /(DFA/), Bill of Materials management, and Product Lifecycle Management /(PLM/PDM/) workflows are all thoroughly understood.
