Job Description :

Position: International Process Associate - Customer Support
Location: Ambattur, Chennai (Work from Office)
Shift: Night Shift

Weekly Off: Rotational Weekdays

Eligibility:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in an International Voice Process. (Please note that this role is intended for experienced candidates and is not suitable for freshers.)
- Technical Support experience is mandatory along with customer handling skills.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical skill.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide assistance to international customers.
- Handling Internet Troubleshooting Issues relevant to Computers
- Diagnose and resolve issues with a focus on first-call resolution.
- Deliver exceptional customer service while ensuring customer satisfaction.
