About the role

We are looking for an experienced Tech Lead – Full Stack with strong hands-on expertise in Django, React, GCP, GraphQL, and modern cloud technologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading technical development, designing scalable solutions, and mentoring the engineering team./

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable full-stack applications.
- Work hands-on across backend and frontend development.
- Design and develop robust backend services using Python/Django.
- Build modern, responsive applications using React and Expo.
- Design and integrate GraphQL APIs and third-party services.
- Architect and deploy applications using GCP and cloud technologies.
- Make technical decisions around architecture, scalability, performance, and security.
- Lead code reviews and establish engineering best practices.
- Mentor and guide developers while ensuring high-quality technical delivery.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and other stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and drive continuous improvement.





Required Skills

- 6–10 years of experience in software development, with strong full-stack expertise.
- Strong hands-on experience with Python and Django/Django REST Framework.
- Strong frontend development experience with React.js.
- Experience with Expo / React Native is highly preferred.
- Strong experience working with GraphQL and REST APIs.
- Hands-on experience with GCP and cloud technologies.
- Good understanding of databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.
- Strong understanding of system design, APIs, microservices, and scalable architecture.
- Experience with Git, Docker, CI/CD, and cloud deployment.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and technical leadership skills.
- Experience mentoring engineers and leading technical projects.
