Job Description:

- Good experience in Omnichannel Retail Operations, including Online/E-commerce Fulfillment processes.
- Strong understanding of Store Operations and day-to-day retail execution activities.
- Experience handling Goods Receipt (GR) discrepancies and Vendor discrepancies, with knowledge of issue identification and resolution.
- Knowledge and exposure to Shelf Life Management, Damaged Product Handling, and Physical Inventory processes.
- Familiar with Picking Applications and related order fulfillment activities.
- Good understanding of Transfer Orders and store-specific ad hoc inventory movement requirements.
- Exposure to Payment-related processes within the retail environment.
- Strong Hands-on Experience with Fiori Apps for retail store operations.
- Solid understanding of end-to-end retail operational flows and business scenarios.
