Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
- Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices to support their skilled growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project goals and timely delivery.
- Monitor project progress and proactively address any challenges or risks that may impact outcomes.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Appian Process Automation.
- Strong understanding of application design principles and business process modeling.
- Experience in configuring and customizing software applications to meet diverse business requirements.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within application environments.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and working with various data sources and APIs.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering scalable and maintainable solutions.
