Summary:
As a Packaged or Software as a Service Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or Software as a Service applications to meet evolving business requirements. This role includes managing application features, overseeing release processes, and ensuring the overall stability and performance of the systems.
The engineer works with various tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to tailor solutions that align with organizational goals while maintaining compatibility across different environments. Collaboration with multiple teams to coordinate efforts and address challenges is a key aspect of daily activities.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to optimize application configurations to improve efficiency and user experience.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to support qualified growth.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure PaaS.
- Experience with cloud-based application deployment and management.
- Familiarity with APIs and integration techniques for packaged and Software as a Service applications.
- Knowledge of low-code platforms and their application in enterprise environments.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve system performance and stability issues.
- Understanding of release management processes and version control.

- The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in Microsoft Azure PaaS.
- This position is based at our KDC1A - SEZ location.
