This is with regards to an opening with Global Financial Servcies Firm in Mumbai

Role - Vice President Program Management (RWA Capital Management)

Exp - 10+ years

- Minimum 10+ years of experience in consulting or handling change programs within investment banking, with focus on Asset-Backed Lending, Structured Finance, or Capital Markets
- Deep understanding of RWA optimization frameworks, Basel III/IV capital requirements, and regulatory capital management strategies
- Proven expertise in Asset-Backed Lending products including securitization structures, collateral management, and credit risk assessment
- Experience managing financial resource optimization initiatives including balance sheet optimization and capital allocation programs
- Thorough understanding of project/program management techniques and methods (Agile and Waterfall);

PMP or Prince2 certification preferred

- Experience in managing full E2E project delivery, Front Office to Back Office architecture overhaul projects which require coordination across multiple Corporate functions and Technology partners




- Sound understanding of standard financial products including Cash Equity, Bonds, Vanilla Derivatives, and Trade Life Cycle;

CFA/FRM certification will be preferred

- Excellent communication and leadership skills with proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and C-level executives
- Strong analytical skills with ability to analyze complex business processes and quantify financial benefits
- Detailed knowledge of all Microsoft Office products;

PowerBI proficiency will be preferred

- Knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, and Share Point for program documentation and tracking
- Flexibility and adaptability – effectively manages changing plans, domains, and priorities;

remains open and versatile when faced with changing project constraints and timelines

- Ability to deal comfortably with ambiguity – stays on target to complete goals regardless of obstacles or adverse circumstances

High attention to detail with strong standards for documentation, processes, and control environment
