Intelly Labs Technologies is looking for a dynamic, results-driven Inside Sales Specialist to join our growing Sales team.

? Key Responsibilities

- Generate and qualify leads through outbound and inbound sales activities.
- Manage the end-to-end sales pipeline and drive new business opportunities.
- Engage with prospective US clients to understand their business needs and recommend suitable IT solutions.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Collaborate with internal delivery teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate sales activities and pipeline updates using CRM tools.
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.

✅ Required Qualifications

- 1 years of experience in Inside Sales, Lead Generation, or Business Development within the IT/Technology industry.




- Hands-on experience working with US clients/US market is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of IT services such as Software Development, Cloud, Dev Ops, Data Science, Automation, AI, or IT Consulting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience using CRM platforms and sales tools.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working in a remote environment.

? Educational Qualification (Mandatory)

- MBA from a Tier-1 B-School is mandatory.
- Preference will be given to candidates from premier institutes such as IIMs, ISB, XLRI, FMS, SPJIMR, MDI Gurgaon, NMIMS Mumbai, and other reputed Tier-1 management institutes.
