About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Vice President - Digital & Analytics Sales (BFSI) to drive strategic business growth across Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) clients. The role will be responsible for building and expanding relationships with CXOs, driving large-scale Digital Transformation, Data & Analytics, AI, Cloud, and Consulting engagements, and achieving revenue growth targets.

The ideal candidate should possess a solid understanding of the BFSI landscape, consultative selling expertise, and a proven track record of managing multi-million-dollar digital and analytics deals.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive sales and business development for Digital, Data & Analytics, AI/ML, Cloud, and Transformation services within BFSI accounts.
- Develop and execute account growth strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
- Build and manage strong relationships with senior stakeholders including CIOs, CTOs, CDOs, CFOs, Business Heads, and CXOs.
- Identify, qualify, and close large transformation opportunities across Banking, Insurance, Fin Tech, and Capital Markets clients.
- Lead end-to-end sales cycles, including opportunity identification, solution positioning, proposal development, negotiations, and deal closure.
- Collaborate with Consulting, Delivery, Pre-sales, and Practice teams to create differentiated value propositions.
- Drive pipeline creation through market intelligence, networking, industry events, and strategic partnerships.




- Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends, regulations, emerging technologies, and competitive landscapes.
- Mentor and guide junior sales team members to achieve organizational objectives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Technology, or a related field. MBA preferred.
- 15+ years of experience in IT Services, Digital Transformation, Analytics, or Consulting sales.
- Robust experience in selling Digital, Data, Analytics, AI, Cloud, and Technology Transformation services to BFSI clients.
- Demonstrated success in hunting, farming, and managing strategic accounts.
- Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding revenue targets.
- Strong executive presence with excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Experience managing large deal pursuits and multi-stakeholder engagements.
- Strong understanding of Banking, Insurance, Capital Markets, and Fin Tech domains.
