We’re looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Senior Sales Manager to lead our sales growth and build robust relationships with clients and other industry professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly & quarterly revenue targets
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to maximize conversions
- Generate new business through client acquisition, referrals, networking & market development
- Build and maintain strong relationships with premium clients
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation and client meetings to negotiation and closure
- Track sales pipeline, conversion rates, revenue targets and team performance
- Handle key client meetings, negotiations and high-value project closures
- Coordinate with Design, Project & Execution teams for smooth project handover
- Monitor market trends,
competitor activities and identify new business opportunities
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years of proven experience in sales/business development
- Experience in Interior Design, Home Interiors, Architecture, Construction, Furniture, Real Estate or related industries is a bonus.
- Strong leadership, communication and negotiation skills
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Strong client & professional network
- Ability to manage and motivate a sales team
- Excellent presentation, relationship building and closing skills
- Strong ownership, strategic thinking and result-oriented approach
