Job Summary

We are looking for an Account Manager – Q-Commerce to drive sales and business growth across quick-commerce platforms such as Blinkit, Swiggy Instamart, Zepto, and others. The role will own platform management, inventory availability, demand forecasting, replenishment, and minimizing stockouts and expiry losses while working closely with warehouse, supply chain, and platform teams.

Results

Provide additional support in the broader sales management, commercial planning, and platform expansion processes as required by the reporting manager.

Responsibilities

- Platform Operations & Performance: Manage day-to-day operations and sales performance across Q-Commerce platforms.
- Listing & Dashboard Health: Monitor product listings, sales performance, active promotions, and platform dashboards.
- Inventory & Fill Rate Optimization:



Track dark-store inventory closely to ensure a >95% fill rate and maintain 95% while keeping OOS instances strictly below 5%.
- Stock Cover Optimization: Secure healthy, effective inventory health by holding an optimum 21–30 days of stock cover.
- Expiry Risk Management: Identify and explicitly flag inventory expiry risks at least 60+ days in advance to mitigate commercial losses.

Experience (Industry Type & Duration)

- Preferred: FMCG / Food industry experience is highly preferred.

Qualification

- Essential: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Commerce, or a completely synchronous operational stream.

Preferred Skills

- Hands-on experience operating major quick-commerce platforms like Blinkit, Swiggy Instamart, Zepto, etc.
- Strong Excel, data analysis, and technical inventory planning skills.
- High capability in demand forecasting and structured replenishment planning.
- Robust communication, cross-functional coordination, and proactive problem-solving abilities.
