The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise with excellent communication and mentoring abilities to create an engaging and result-oriented learning environment.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver interactive and high-quality technical training sessions for candidates and professionalsDesign, develop, and continuously improve curriculum, assignments, and training materialsProvide hands-on coding guidance, project support, and practical learning experiencesConduct assessments, mock interviews, evaluations, and performance feedback sessionsMentor candidates on technical concepts, problem-solving approaches, and interview readinessStay updated with emerging technologies, tools,



and industry best practicesCollaborate with internal teams to align training programs with placement and business requirementsTrack candidate progress and maintain detailed training and performance reportsRequirements4+ years of experience as a Technical Trainer, Software Developer, or Technical MentorStrong expertise in one or more of the following domains: Salesforce, Java, Full Stack Development, or AI/MLExcellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skillsProven experience in curriculum development and training deliveryAbility to simplify and explain complex technical concepts effectivelyStrong hands-on technical and project implementation experienceGood to HaveExperience working with training institutes or ed-tech organizationsExposure to US-based training and placement processesRelevant technical certificationsExperience conducting mock interviews and candidate evaluationsKey SkillsTechnical Training & MentoringCurriculum DevelopmentCommunication & PresentationProblem Solving & Analytical ThinkingCandidate Evaluation & FeedbackTime Management & Ownership
