Roles and Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end BI and data projects from requirements gathering to final delivery.- Lead and mentor an offshore BI team, ensuring alignment, quality, and timely execution.- Oversee data validation, quality checks, and governance to maintain reliable reporting.- Design, build, and maintain Tableau dashboards and performance reports.- Collaborate with ETL and engineering teams to support and optimize data pipelines.- Partner with business teams to define KPIs, translate needs, and communicate updates.- Identify process enhancements and drive best practices across BI operations.

Skills Required:





- Strong expertise in Tableau for dashboard development and data visualization- Solid experience in data analytics and business intelligence concepts- Ability to manage end-to-end BI projects and deliver actionable insights- Experience in data validation, governance, and quality assurance- Knowledge of ETL processes and data pipeline optimization- Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting- Robust leadership and team management skills- Ability to define KPIs and translate business requirements into technical solutions- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Education: Bachelor's degree in business, Computer Science, Finance, or related field
