Job Title: Veeva CRM/Vault Techno-Functional Consultant

About the Role:

We are looking for a Veeva CRM Techno-Functional Consultant with strong client-facing & communication skills. You will be the bridge between business and technical teams for Veeva CRM implementation, enhancement and support.

Key Responsibilities:

Functional - 50%

- Work directly with Pharma / Life Sciences business stakeholders to gather, analyse and document requirements
- Conduct client workshops, demos, UAT and trainings
- Functional expertise in Veeva CRM/Vault, Call Reporting, Approved Email, Engage, Events Management, Sampling, MyInsights
- Configure Veeva CRM objects - Accounts, Addresses, Call, Territory, User Management, Sharing Rules
- Create BRD, FSD, Process Flows and provide functional support

Technical - 50%





- Support Veeva CRM Development using Salesforce Platform - Apex, LWC, Triggers, Flows, SOQL
- Work on Data Migration, Data Loads, Integration with Veeva Vault / Network / Third-party
- Debug issues, provide L2/L3 support and minor enhancements
- Collaborate with Salesforce / Veeva developers for custom solutions

Must Have Skills:

- 4 - 8 Years hands-on in Veeva CRM / Vault (Techno-Functional)
- Solid in Veeva Configuration + Basic Salesforce Development
- Good understanding of Pharma Commercial Operations & Compliance
- Excellent Communication Skills - Must be able to lead client calls independently
- Veeva /Vault CRM admin Certification is a big plus

Good to Have:

- Salesforce Admin / PD1, Veeva Vault, Veeva MyInsights, Agile
- Education: B. Tech / B.E / B.Pharma / M.Pharma / MCA / MBA
