Hiring: Operations Executive

Location: Kakinada, Andhra Pradesh

Experience: 2–6 Years

⏳ Notice Period: Immediate Joiners / Max. 15 Days

Preference: Candidates with experience working in remote/site locations will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and coordinate day-to-day site operations and ensure smooth workflow.- Monitor operational activities, productivity, and service delivery.- Coordinate with site teams, clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.- Manage manpower deployment, attendance, and daily operational requirements.- Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, safety standards, and client requirements.- Prepare and maintain daily/weekly operational reports and MIS.- Address operational issues and ensure timely resolution.- Support manpower planning, team coordination, and employee engagement.- Ensure high standards of service quality and customer satisfaction.





Candidate Profile

- Graduate in any discipline.- 2–6 years of experience in Operations / Site Operations / Facility Management / Hospitality /

Service Industry.

- Experience in remote or site-based locations will be an added advantage.- Good communication, coordination, and team-handling skills.- Robust problem-solving and organizational abilities.- Candidates who can join immediately or within 15 days will be preferred.
