presentations, and experiential learning.Strengthen students’ business knowledge, analytical thinking, communication, and leadership skills.Faculty Management & DevelopmentIdentify staffing requirements and support the recruitment of qualified faculty.Mentor faculty members and monitor teaching quality, research contributions, and assigned responsibilities.Organise faculty development programmes and encourage continuous professional learning.Industry Collaboration & PlacementsBuild relationships with companies, industry associations, entrepreneurs, and alumni.Facilitate internships, live consultancy projects, industry visits, guest lectures, and corporate mentoring.Work closely with the Training & Placement team to improve placement readiness and employment outcomes.Promote practical exposure to marketing, finance, human resources, operations, analytics, and entrepreneurship.Research & EntrepreneurshipEncourage quality research publications, funded projects, consultancy assignments, and interdisciplinary collaboration.Support entrepreneurship activities, business plan competitions, and student innovation.Organise conferences, seminars, workshops, and management events.Administration & ComplianceOversee academic records, departmental planning, resource utilisation, and reporting.Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory, university, and institutional requirements.Lead preparation for inspections,
