and document business requirements related to SAP IS-U FICA.- Configure and support SAP IS-U FICA processes including:- Business Partner- Contract Account Management- Payments and Returns- Security Deposits- Dunning- Collections Management- Write-offs- Installment Plans- Refund Processing- Interest Calculation- Correspondence Management- Disconnection and reconnection- Integrate FICA with:- SAP IS-U Billing & Invoicing- Device Management- Customer Service- General Ledger (FI)- SAP CRM- SAP S/4HANA Utilities- BMD & TMD- Perform gap analysis and recommend process improvements.- Prepare Functional Specifications (FS) and collaborate with ABAP teams for custom developments.- Support data migration, testing, defect resolution, and cutover activities.- Conduct Unit Testing, SIT, UAT, and Post-Go-Live Support.- Work with business users, stakeholders, and technical teams during implementation and support projects.- Provide production support and resolve critical incidents within defined SLAs.- Participate in enhancement, rollout, and transformation projects.
