Matchworkers International is a recruitment and immigration consultancy with 26 years of experience delivering workforce solutions to clients across European markets. We are expanding our New Delhi sourcing hub and looking for a Recruitment Consultant with robust hospitality sector expertise.

You will own the screening and selection process for hotel, restaurant, catering, resort, and hospitality group roles — assessing candidates not just on paper, but on real operational capability before they reach our international clients.

What you'll doScreen and shortlist CVs against employer specificationsConduct telephonic, virtual, and face-to-face interviews for hospitality rolesAssess technical and operational knowledge across F&B;, housekeeping, front office, kitchen, engineering, and guest servicesEvaluate communication skills, guest service orientation, grooming standards, and overall professionalismRun competency-based and behavioural interviews to identify high-potential candidatesTest candidate understanding of hospitality SOPs, hygiene regulations, food safety practices,



and service standardsPrepare detailed evaluation reports with clear selection or rejection recommendationsCoordinate with sourcing partners and regional sub-agents across India to fill client manpower requirementsMaintain accurate candidate records and recruitment databasesDeliver against recruitment targets and client deadlines

What you'll bringMinimum 2 years of recruitment experience in hospitality recruitment, manpower supply, staffing, or agency environmentsProven track record of hospitality hiring with a demonstrable placement historySolid working knowledge of hotel operations across departmentsStrong sourcing, screening, interviewing, and assessment skillsAbility to evaluate candidates beyond the CV — probing practical, on-the-job knowledgeExcellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skillsFluency in English and Hindi; additional regional languages an advantageComfort working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
