We craft tools that honor that belief.Website: www.cuminco.comInstagram: https://www.instagram.com/cuminco_indiaKey Responsibilities● Adapt master creatives for high-performing formats across Google and Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ads.● Ensure platform-specific specs—resolution, format, and dimensions—are met.● Design and adapt POSM assets (standees, danglers, posters, shelf strips, etc.).● Create and update packaging artworks and labels in line with brand guidelines.● Develop final print-ready files for brochures, flyers,



banners, and hoardings.● Ensure accurate die-lines, bleeds, and color profiles for all print materials.● Perform basic image edits, including color correction and balancing, as needed.Desired skills and qualifications● 2-4 years of relevant experience in a design or creative agency, or in-house brand team.● Good understanding of layout, typography, and color theory.● Strong attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines precisely.● Familiarity with basic pre-press processes and print production.● Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.● Comfortable with AI integrated content (with knowledge of tools like Nano Banana, Sora, etc) Perks &Benefits;:● Opportunity to work with a purpose-driven brand.● A chance to contribute to a high-growth D2C startup.
