(Required Skills & Qualifications).• Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.• Good convincing and interpersonal skills.• Positive attitude with a customer-focused approach.• Basic proficiency in MS Excel, Zoom, and online communication platforms.• Prior experience in telecalling, counselling, or sales will be preferred.
