Role & Responsibilities

- Collect, clean, and structure raw recruitment and training datasets from multiple internal and campus sources
- Run basic SQL queries and Excel macros to extract insights on candidate performance, placement trends, and skill gaps
- Build visual dashboards using Power BI/Tableau to track KPIs like conversion rate, time-to-hire, and course completion
- Support senior analysts with ad-hoc reporting, segmentation, and cohort analysis for internal stakeholders
- Document data sources, logic,



and output formats to ensure reproducibility and audit-readiness
- Collaborate with marketing, training, and HR teams to align data needs with business goals
