Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Human Resource Executive with 1+ years of experience to join us. The role offers hands-on exposure to various facets of Human Resources including recruitment,onboarding, administration, and employee engagement.

Location: Near Mogra Station, WEH, Mumbai

Work Mode: On-site

CTC - 2.4 to 3/- LPA

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing,



screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding candidates.
- Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring requirements and manpower planning.
- Handle employee onboarding, induction, documentation, and exit formalities.
- Maintain employee records, HR databases, and confidential personnel files.
- Address employee queries related to HR policies, payroll, attendance, and advantages.
- Plan and execute employee engagement activities, celebrations, wellness initiatives, and team-building programs.
- Prepare HR reports, MIS, attendance records, and recruitment status updates.
- Coordinate daily administrative activities including office management, vendor coordination, and employee support.
