Studio 602 values collaboration, design innovation, and clear communication throughout the project lifecycle to ensure client satisfaction.Role Description The Interior Designer will be responsible for developing design concepts, preparing layouts, and translating client requirements into practical and aesthetically pleasing spaces. Day-to-day tasks include space planning, creating mood boards, selecting finishes and FF&E;, preparing drawings, and coordinating with architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure accurate execution on site. The role involves client meetings, site visits, and participation in design reviews,



as well as maintaining project documentation and timelines. This is a full time, on-site role based in Mumbai, requiring consistent presence at the studio and project locations.QualificationsStrong Interior Design and Space Planning skills, with the ability to create functional layouts and cohesive design concepts.Knowledge of Architecture fundamentals and experience interpreting and coordinating architectural details.Proficiency in preparing Construction Drawings and technical documentation for execution on site.Experience with FF&E; selection, including fixtures, finishes, furniture, and equipment specification.Relevant design software skills (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar) and basic visualization/presentation tools.Degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.Strong communication and collaboration abilities, with attention to detail and time management.Previous experience in residential or commercial interior projects in an on-site capacity is an advantage.
