Job Responsibilities

- Supervise and manage daily packing activities for modular furniture such as workstations, tables, storage, pedestals, partitions and other components.
- Ensure all furniture is properly checked, protected, packed and labelled before dispatch.
- Verify quantity, quality and completeness of material before packing.
- Ensure proper use of packing materials such as foam, bubble wrap, corrugated sheets, edge protection and stretch film.
- Maintain project-wise and order-wise segregation of finished material to avoid mix-ups.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Stores and Dispatch teams for timely packing and delivery.
- Ensure hardware, accessories and small components are properly packed with the respective furniture.
- Supervise packing manpower, allocate daily work and monitor productivity.
- Maintain daily packing and dispatch-ready reports and highlight pending material or issues.
- Minimize packing damage, material wastage and rework.
- Ensure safe handling,



stacking and loading of furniture and compliance with plant safety practices.
- Immediately report any shortage, damage, quality issue or delay that may affect the dispatch schedule.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
