- Technical Support: Provide technical support to staff, troubleshoot issues, and resolve problems quickly.
- System Maintenance: Maintain and upgrade hardware, software, and network systems.
- Security: Implement and manage IT security measures to protect company data.
- Network Management: Ensure reliable network connectivity and manage network resources.
- Backup and Recovery: Perform regular backups and ensure data recovery systems are in place.
- IT Projects: Assist in planning and executing IT projects, including system upgrades and new installations.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of IT inventory and system configurations.
- User Training: Train employees on new software and technology systems.
