About the Role

We are seeking a proactive Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital growth initiatives while working remotely from India. The ideal candidate will manage multi-channel campaigns, drive brand visibility, and deliver measurable impact. Experience in the US healthcare industry is highly valued, though not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across SEO, SEM, social media, email, and content marketing.
- Manage paid campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta) to maximize ROI.
- Oversee website performance, analytics, and conversion optimization.
- Implement marketing automation workflows to improve lead nurturing.
- Collaborate with sales, product,



and design teams to align marketing with business goals.
- Manage budgets and provide performance reports with actionable insights.
- Lead and mentor a remote team of digital marketers.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 5–8 years of digital marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Proven success in increasing traffic, leads, and conversions.
- Robust knowledge of SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, HubSpot, and other marketing tools.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, comfortable working remotely and across time zones.

Preferred Experience

- Background in US healthcare marketing (preferred but not mandatory).
- Certifications such as Google Ads, HubSpot Inbound Marketing, or Meta/Facebook Blueprint.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹85,000.00 per month
