Warehouse Team Lead – 1 to 3 Years Experience

A Warehouse Team Lead is responsible for managing the day-to-day warehouse operations and supervising Ground Coordinators, Field Executives, or warehouse staff to ensure shipments are processed correctly and on time.

Main responsibilities:

Team Management

Supervise the warehouse team and allocate daily work.

Monitor attendance, shifts, and employee performance.

Guide current employees and train them on warehouse processes.

Picking & Packing

Ensure shipments are picked, scanned, packed, and sorted correctly.

Monitor shipment movement and prevent misrouting or delays.

Inbound & Outbound Operations

Manage receiving of incoming shipments.

Ensure outgoing shipments are dispatched on time.

Check shipment counts and system updates.

Productivity & Targets

Monitor team productivity and achieve daily operational targets.

Identify delays or operational issues and take corrective action.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
