Vivansh Vasishta Group of Companies is expanding its Software Division and is looking for motivated and result-oriented Field Sales Executives to join the CERITAGE Jewellery ERP sales team.
CERITAGE is a jewellery-focused ERP designed to help jewellery retailers, wholesalers and other jewellery businesses manage billing, inventory, GST workflows, customer management, karigar operations, HUID/barcode tracking and business reporting through an integrated platform.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Visit jewellery shops and jewellery business owners across Agra
- Generate new B2B leads through field visits and market development
- Introduce and explain CERITAGE Jewellery ERP to prospective customers
- Arrange and conduct product demonstrations
- Understand customer requirements and business processes
- Follow up with prospects and convert qualified leads into customers
- Maintain daily visit, lead and follow-up reports
- Coordinate with the implementation team during customer onboarding
- Build and maintain qualified relationships with jewellery business owners
- Achieve monthly sales and customer acquisition targets
IDEAL CANDIDATE
- 1–3 years of sales or business development experience preferred
- Freshers with strong communication skills and sales aptitude may also apply
- Comfortable with field sales and daily client visits
- Good communication, presentation and negotiation skills
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
- B2B, ERP, POS or software sales experience will be an advantage
- Jewellery industry experience will be an advantage
- Local market knowledge in Agra preferred
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred
COMPENSATION
Fixed Salary: ₹16,000 per month
Travel Allowance: ₹2,500 per month
Mobile Allowance: ₹300 per month
Additional performance-based sales incentives are available based on successful customer setup/payment.
Total earning potential can reach ₹35,000+ per month depending on performance.
