- Lead and support the Sales Consultant team.
- Monitor daily leads, enquiries, and follow-ups.
- Drive monthly sales and booking targets.
- Guide the team on product presentation and test drives.
- Support lead conversion and retail performance.
- Monitor CRM/DMS updates and follow-up compliance.
- Coordinate with Finance, Insurance, PDI, and Delivery teams.
- Handle customer concerns and support sales closure.
- Track competitor activities and market trends.
- Conduct team reviews and performance follow-ups.
- Support marketing and customer engagement activities.
- Ensure compliance with Mahindra sales processes and SOPs.
Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
