Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Medical Data Entry Operator with hands-on experience in medical report typing and documentation. The candidate will be responsible for accurately typing and entering medical reports, maintaining patient records, verifying information, and completing documentation within the required turnaround time.

The role also includes handling TPA/health insurance medical formalities, including preparation, verification, and maintenance of medical documents required for TPA and insurance-related processes.

Responsibilities

- Type and enter medical reports accurately.
- Verify medical information and patient details.
- Maintain and update medical records and documentation.
- Handle TPA/health insurance medical documentation and formalities.
- Prepare and verify documents required for TPA/insurance processing.
- Ensure accuracy, confidentiality,



and timely completion of assigned work.
- Coordinate with the concerned teams regarding missing or incorrect information.

Requirements

- Prior experience in medical report typing/data entry is mandatory.
- Experience or working knowledge of TPA/health insurance medical formalities.
- Good knowledge of medical terminology.
- Good typing speed with high accuracy.
- Basic computer skills, including MS Word and Excel.
- Positive English communication and documentation skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet TAT.
- Candidates with only general data-entry experience will not be considered.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
