Accounting, Finance & Management Reporting

· Handle day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting activities.

· Perform bank statement accounting and bank reconciliations.

· Prepare and monitor cash flow forecasts.

· Prepare periodic Management Reports and MIS for management review.

· Prepare financial summaries, analysis, and reports to support management decision-making.

· Manage Demat account-related accounting and documentation.

· Support share transfer transactions and related documentation.

GST & Indirect Tax

· Handle GST refund applications and related documentation.

· Prepare and file applicable GST returns.

· Ensure timely reconciliation of GST data and compliance requirements.

Direct Tax & TDS/TCS

· Prepare and process TDS payments and quarterly TDS/TCS returns.

· Assist with advance tax calculations and payments.

· Support income tax planning and timely filing of income tax returns.





· Handle SFT filing and related compliance requirements.

Transfer Pricing

· Coordinate and support the preparation of Transfer Pricing Study Reports.

· Handle compliance and documentation relating to CEB/Transfer Pricing Certificates.

Payroll & Statutory Compliance

· Process monthly payroll accurately and within timelines.

· Handle Qualified Tax payments and return filings.

· Prepare PF workings and ensure timely PF payments.

· Handle PF-related filings, including IW filings and other applicable compliance activities.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
