Key Responsibilities

- Assist in overseeing table service and ensuring guest satisfaction during service
- Learn to take charge of a section/station under supervision of the Captain/F&B; Manager
- Coordinate order taking, order delivery, and table clearing with the service team
- Support in setting up restaurant/banquet areas as per event/service requirements
- Handle guest interactions, special requests, and basic complaint resolution
- Ensure stewards under supervision follow hygiene and service standards
- Assist in maintaining stock of service equipment, linen, and supplies
- Learn billing procedures, POS operations, and end-of-shift reporting

Requirements

- Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management preferred
- 2-4 years of experience as a Steward or similar F&B; service role
- Valuable communication skills and a service-first attitude
