Key Responsibilities
- Operations: Supervise front-of-house (FOH) and back-of-house (BOH) workflows, open and close the venue, and manage reservation systems.
- Staff Management: Recruit, hire, train, and schedule employees, while resolving conflicts and coaching team members.
- Customer Service: Greet guests, build relationships with regular patrons, and resolve complaints quickly and professionally.
- Finances & Inventory: Track daily sales, control labor and food costs, manage inventory levels, and order supplies from vendors.
- Safety & Compliance: Enforce local health, sanitation, and safety regulations.
Pay: ₹29,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
