Senior Architect

Location: Bangalore, Karnataka

Salary: ₹50,000 – ₹60,000 per month

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Architect to join our team and independently handle residential architectural projects from design to execution.

Responsibilities

- Develop architectural plans, elevations, sections, and working drawings.
- Understand client requirements and create functional, practical designs.
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, interior, and site teams.
- Conduct site visits and ensure execution as per approved drawings.
- Handle client meetings, presentations, and design revisions.
- Review drawings and coordinate with junior architects.
- Ensure quality, accuracy, and timely completion of design work.

Requirements

- B.Arch degree with 4–6 years of relevant experience.




- Strong experience in residential architecture and construction.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is required.
- Knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, or Enscape is an advantage.
- Good understanding of construction, materials, and detailing.
- Solid communication and client-handling skills.
- Ability to independently manage projects and coordinate with site teams.

Salary & Benefits

₹50,000 – ₹60,000 per month, based on experience and skills.
