Qualification: Graduate/Post Graduate with B.Ed./D.El.Ed./NTT/ECCE or equivalent qualification.

Experience: Minimum 5 years teaching experience, preferably in a CBSE school, with 2–3 years of coordination/academic leadership experience preferred.

Essential Skills:

- Sound knowledge of NEP 2020, NCF-FS, FLN and child-centred pedagogy
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Sound knowledge of Computer, MS Office and digital educational tools
- Knowledge of AI and its application in education
- Ability to coordinate and mentor teachers of Nursery to Class III
