STAFF NURSE – JOB DESCRIPTION
- Provide compassionate, safe, and quality nursing care to patients as per hospital standards.
- Monitor vital signs, administer medications, assist doctors, and handle patient care procedures.
- Maintain accurate nursing records and ensure effective communication during shift handovers.
- Follow infection control, patient safety, and hospital policies at all times.
