- Welcome and assist patients, attendants, and visitors professionally.
- Handle patient enquiries, registrations, appointments, and calls.
- Guide patients and visitors to the appropriate departments.
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other hospital teams.
- Address patient concerns and provide timely assistance.
- Maintain front office records and documentation accurately.
