Advanced Video EditorAbout the Role

We are looking for an Advanced Video Editor who can independently transform raw footage and creative briefs into professional, high-quality videos for social media, YouTube, advertisements, brand campaigns, and digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Edit videos from raw footage to final delivery with strong storytelling and pacing.
- Create professional Reels, Shorts, YouTube videos, advertisements, product videos, and brand films.
- Create advanced motion graphics, kinetic typography, titles, transitions, animations, and VFX.
- Handle green-screen keying, masking, tracking, rotoscoping, compositing, and visual effects.
- Perform professional colour correction and colour grading, including skin-tone and product-colour accuracy.
- Handle audio cleanup, voiceovers, music mixing, SFX, ambience, and sound design.
- Create platform-specific versions for Instagram, YouTube, Meta Ads and other digital platforms.
- Maintain strong visual consistency, brand identity,



composition, pacing, and attention retention.
- Manage footage, assets, project files, templates, and exports systematically.
- Take ownership of projects with minimal supervision and deliver within deadlines.
- Review final videos for visual, audio, subtitle, framing, and technical quality.

Required Skills

- Advanced Adobe Premiere Pro
- Advanced/intermediate Adobe After Effects
- Robust motion graphics & VFX
- Professional colour grading
- Strong sound design & audio editing
- Excellent understanding of storytelling, pacing and visual composition
- Knowledge of video formats, codecs, frame rates and aspect ratios
- Ability to create both cinematic and high-retention social content
- Strong creative judgment and attention to detail

Preferred Tools

- DaVinci Resolve
- Photoshop
- Illustrator
- CapCut
- Blender / Cinema 4D
- AI video tools such as Runway, Kling, Veo, Sora or similar

Ideal Candidate

- Can take a project from brief → edit → motion/VFX → colour → sound → final export independently.
- Understands that professional editing is more than adding transitions.
- Has a strong sense of storytelling, aesthetics and audience retention.
- Can produce polished work with minimal revisions.

Portfolio Requirement

Mandatory: Showreel/portfolio demonstrating:

- Professional video edits
- Motion graphics
- VFX/compositing
- Colour grading
- Sound design
- Short-form/social content
- Commercial or brand videos

Portfolio quality will be given more importance than qualifications.
