Job Summary

We are seeking a result-driven Telecaller to oversee daily operations, drive business growth, and ensure excellent customer service. The ideal candidate should have strong communication Skill.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategies to increase business and customer base

Build solid relationships with clients and ensure high customer satisfaction

Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements

Handle customer queries, escalations, and provide effective solutions

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field

0–1 years of experience (NBFC/Banking preferred)

Strong knowledge of RD, FD, and investment products

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Target-oriented with a proactive approach
