Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated TSO/TSE – Cattle Feed Sales professional to drive sales and market growth for Dhaar Pashu Aahar in the assigned territory. The candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing distributors, developing new markets, and building solid relationships with farmers, retailers, and distributors.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Identify new market opportunities and drive product promotions.
- Onboard and manage distributors in the assigned territory.
- Ensure timely product availability and adequate stock at distributor locations.
- Monitor distributor performance and provide support to improve sales.
- Identify and develop new retail outlets for Dhaar Pashu Aahar.
- Conduct awareness campaigns, product demonstrations, and farmer interactions.




- Increase product visibility and strengthen brand loyalty.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with farmers, retailers, and distributors.
- Monitor market activities and competitor presence in the assigned territory.

Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in Cattle Feed Sales.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good negotiation and relationship-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Good understanding of market development and sales planning.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
