Job Description: Social Media Executive

Work Location: In-person

We’re looking for a Social Media Executive who understands that social media is more than just posting content. You’ll be responsible for managing our social media presence, creating engaging content, developing ideas, writing scripts, appearing on camera, and keeping up with what’s trending.

If you enjoy creating content, are comfortable in front of the camera, and know what makes people stop scrolling, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

- Manage and publish content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube.
- Come up with creative and engaging content ideas based on brand goals and audience interests.
- Write scripts for reels, promotional videos, educational content, memes and short-form videos.
- Appear on camera for reels, videos and other social media content.
- Plan and maintain a monthly social media content calendar.
- Create content focused on increasing reach, engagement, followers and leads.
- Research trending topics, formats, sounds, hooks and content styles.
- Experiment with new content ideas and formats to improve performance.
- Monitor social media insights and understand which content performs best.
- Modify content strategies based on audience response and platform analytics.
- Coordinate with the design and marketing teams for campaigns and promotional activities.




- Maintain consistency in brand voice, tone and communication across platforms.

What We’re Looking For

- 0–6 months of hands-on experience in social media, content creation, or digital marketing.
- Comfortable and confident appearing on camera.
- Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Ability to write engaging Hinglish content, especially for a Gen Z audience.
- Positive understanding of Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts.
- Ability to identify trends and understand what makes content engaging.
- Basic knowledge of editing/design tools such as CapCut, InShot, Canva or similar tools.
- Basic understanding of social media analytics and insights.
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate ideas independently.
- Someone who takes initiative and brings new ideas instead of waiting for instructions.
- Willingness to experiment, learn and stay updated with changing social media trends.
