About the Role

We are looking for a creative and performance-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across social media, search engines, and other online platforms. The ideal candidate should understand both content and performance marketing, have strong knowledge of social media, and be comfortable working with analytics and campaign data.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Manage social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Plan and execute content calendars, campaigns, reels, posts, stories, and other digital content.
- Conduct SEO and keyword research to improve organic visibility and website traffic.
- Plan, launch, monitor, and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
- Track campaign performance and analyze metrics such as reach, engagement, CTR, CPC, CPL, conversions, and ROAS.
- Use tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Meta Business Suite, and Google Ads Manager to monitor performance.
- Coordinate with designers, video editors, content creators, and external agencies.
