We are looking for a talented and motivated Junior Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of architectural design, technical drawings, construction detailing, and site execution.

The candidate will work closely with senior architects, clients, consultants, contractors, and vendors across various stages of architectural projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in the design and development of architectural projects from concept to execution.
- Prepare plans, elevations, sections, working drawings, and detailed drawings.
- Develop 3D architectural models and presentations.
- Prepare architectural construction details and documentation.
- Coordinate with structural consultants, MEP consultants, contractors, and vendors.
- Assist in client meetings, design discussions, and presentations.
- Prepare BOQs, estimates, material specifications, and project documentation.
- Coordinate with the site team to ensure execution is as per approved drawings and design intent.
- Research building materials, construction techniques, and design solutions.
- Manage assigned work and ensure timely completion of drawings and deliverables.
- Handle multiple projects and coordinate tasks effectively.

Requirements

- B.Arch degree from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in architectural practice.
- Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD and SketchUp.
- Working knowledge of Photoshop.




- Knowledge of V-Ray, Enscape, Lumion, or D5 will be an added advantage.
- Good understanding of building construction, materials, architectural detailing, and working drawings.
- Practical knowledge of site execution and coordination.
- Ability to understand and coordinate structural and MEP drawings.
- Knowledge of BOQ preparation and quantity estimation.
- Good design sense, visualization skills, and attention to detail.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
- Candidates based in Maharashtra will be preferred.
- Marathi and Hindi communication skills preferred.
- Portfolio of previous architectural work is mandatory.

Preferred Experience

Experience in residential, commercial, institutional, educational, or large-scale architectural projects will be preferred.
